The Penn - York Valley encompasses Athens PA, Sayre PA, South Waverly PA, Waverly NY and surrounding area. This area is blessed with rural beauty and a small town atmosphere where friendliness, security and community play a major role in the lives of local residents, many whose families have been here for generations.
